Victorian carved onyx Cameo brooch in French blue with 14K. yellow gold

Description

A rarely found vintage Victorian carved onyx Cameo brooch featuring the image of a young lady with an updo hair style with ribbons and flowers over the right side and a bouquet of flowers on her left shoulder which is a beautiful white on a deep shade of French blue set in a rich, 14k yellow gold oval frame with a fine rope trim.  Measures 43 x 33 x 4.85mm depth.  The cameo has a safety pin closure on the back side with a fold down pendant bail which can handle a fine to medium weight chain. The total weight is 12.8 grams.  This cameo would be a coveted engagement gift or wedding gift for a discerning bride which could become a family heirloom.
Note:  Pictures 1, 2, and 3 seem to show a pink smudge on the cameo near the bottom left but that is a camera/lighting problem and the cameo is perfect.  Picture 4 of the cameo back seems to show marks or wear on the gold and the black area and again, there is none - it is the camera unfortunately.
The cameo comes with a 2020 GIA certified appraisal showing a replacement value of 95.00.  The buyer will receive the original appraisal with their purchase.  The seller is a private individual, not a jeweler or a dealer.  Just as an aside: the seller has a pair of small cameo pierced earrings  ID# 274284689287 also the same blue and  set in 14k gold which could be purchased separately.
